Go on my salmon avocado bowl or on sandwiches. It has a lot in it. But of course it would be even better to grow them yourself :)
Fine sprout mixture. I tested it in oat porridge. Was mega. However, I will sprout it myself again in the sprout jars. It's much cheaper, just takes a few days.
Good, but even better are the ones you can grow yourself: I got the seeds and the method from Gsünder Basel and experimented right away, it works quite well!
