Hello, I am looking for the organic pear syrup. Unfortunately I can't find it anywhere. Neither online, in the store nor here. (Hence my question under the elderflower syrup) Will it be available again at some point? For us, it's one of the best syrups!
Hello mbwcum, thank you for your question. We have removed this product from our range due to low demand. As demand was so low, there are no plans to reintroduce the syrup to the permanent range seasonally or in the future. Of course, we will keep an eye on our range and adapt it to the latest conditions. We hope you'll find a new syrup in our range that you'll love just as much. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Oh, that's too bad. But thanks for the answer anyway. Kind regards

Hello, is it the raw syrup which contains 12g of sugars per 100ml, or the diluted syrup (in which case, please specify the dilution proportions)?
Good evening awatkineThe nutritional values indicated refer to the diluted syrup (dilution 1+6). Best regardsFrederica
Hello awatkine, the sugar content indicated (12g/100ml or 30g/250ml) refers to the syrup already diluted in a 1:6 mixing ratio. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Hello. Should this elderflower syrup be stored directly in the refrigerator or only after opening or not in the refrigerator at all? How long does it keep approximately after opening? (And maybe it makes a difference (regarding shelf life/storage): I ordered this syrup on LeShop and it now says "invert sugar syrup" instead of sugar as the first ingredient) Kind regards xy
Hello xy_2, we have changed from sugar to invert sugar for this syrup. Standard sugar is made up of sucrose molecules and each sucrose molecule is made up of a glucose and a fructose molecule. The invert sugar contains only separate glucose and fructose molecules. Both formulations (with sugar and with invert sugar) can be stored at room temperature until the end of the best-before date. The syrup can also be stored in the refrigerator. However, it is possible that the sugar will crystallize over time and settle at the bottom of the bottle. The risk of crystallization is lower with invert sugar, as it dissolves better than standard sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
