Since the wheat bran from Migros has been organic, I have already had some insects in the bag for the 2nd time, which are spinning threads, presumably food moth larvae. I disposed of them immediately. I do not recommend the paper packaging. I don't store the wheat bran in the warm kitchen, but in the bedroom, which is cooler. I never used to do that. Now I have bought the wheat bran from another supplier, also in organic quality, but there it is packed in a plastic bag.

Packaging is not really stable. Must be decanted into a storage jar after purchase
Infested with insects and worms in two packages. Very disgusted. I recommend changing the packaging from paper to plastic like the oat bran.
A fiber enrichment that I put in a salad or yogurt in the evening.
I mix it into my homemade bread dough.
