I can imagine that not every sauerkraut product is also available in spring/summer, it is more of a "winter product", sauerkraut is of course available all year round, but the range is reduced over the summer.

This product has not been available in the Schweizerhof and Waldstätter stores in Lucerne for some time. Is there a supply interruption or will it be available again in the near future? Thank you very much!

It would be desirable if the preparation was indicated on the packaging. For example, can you heat the contents directly in the bag? It would also be great if the juniper berries - in the picture - were also in the bag.
Otherwise, a very tasty sauerkraut at a fair price.

This sauerkraut does not contain juniper berries. The image on the packaging is merely a serving suggestion. However, under the "M-Classics" brand, we do have a sauerkraut that contains juniper berries.
You can prepare the sauerkraut in different ways. We will be happy to print this information on the next packaging revision:
You can put the closed bag in boiling water and heat for 15 minutes. However, it is also possible to heat the contents of the bag without the packaging for approx. 10 minutes in a pan or 2 minutes in the microwave.
