Which apple varieties are available in "seasonal apples"? Gala, Topaz, Jonagold, Braeburn, Golden Delices...? No Maigold, please. I find them too mealy in taste and they give a furry feeling on the tongue. What's more, they are not particularly sweet and aromatic. Gala, Topaz, Jonagold and others do that better.
