Very creamy, tastes good to me
My favorite soft cheese. It's mild, but not boring, and I've never found one that didn't have a good consistency right down to the core.

The "bark" is relatively firm. This is not necessarily a disadvantage. If you put this cheese in the oven or fry it (carefully) in a frying pan, it is the perfect protection against leakage. The inside is very creamy and the taste is 1A.
Not to my taste. Too much crust and hard. No real taste.
