These sprouts are very tasty. Unfortunately, the packaging is not exactly environmentally friendly. Wouldn't it be possible to pack these sprouts in paper bags? That would be great.

We are pleased that you like these sprouts so much.
We were happy to ask the fruit and vegetable specialist department about the packaging. We are currently in the process of revising the packaging for our herbs, including the organic Powermix.
Sustainability and product quality are also very important to us. A pure paper bag would quickly become damp, on the one hand due to the removal of moisture from the product and on the other due to the cooling process itself.
This would very quickly have a negative impact on quality and would no longer be flawless in the store. If we were to use a paper bag, it would have to be plasticized or coated accordingly. This could end up being more harmful to the environment than the current packaging.
Tests are already underway for the new packaging. However, we are not yet able to tell you when this will be available.

Have you received an answer? I have the same question: is the Powermix product to be eaten raw or do the beans, lentils, peas have to be cooked? I hope I don't have to wait five years for an answer too 😝
