Why is there nothing in the indication of origin?
Hello simsimoscho, currently the origin varies, so it is only indicated on the product in the store and not online. If the imprint is missing, please contact the store staff directly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
A little late...and thank you for your reply. However, I maintain that organic packaging is invasive and prevents the consumer from examining the produce... either it's unripe and therefore hard, or it's too hard and you have to eat it straight away, otherwise it goes in the "compost" direction. Admittedly, it's complicated because the same fruit tasted on site is not at all identical to that found in our stores, and delivery conditions impose specific rules (appearance, freshness, delivery times, etc.). We're becoming demanding, and if "Swiss" products were the only ones to satisfy us, we'd eat "only" apples, pears, apricots or other small fruits, but certainly not peaches or mangoes, pineapples, avocados, bananas, passions, carambolas, etc. (a thousand apologies for the Swiss fruit producers I didn't mention).
Hello topg, thank you for your suggestion. We'll make a note of it and pass it on to the relevant purchasing department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can I return the rotten peaches? Do you only have to pay for flawless goods?
Hello birthday boy, thank you for your comment. We're sorry that you weren't able to enjoy your peaches. We endeavor to offer only flawless goods. Some defects are barely visible or only appear after a certain amount of time. We ask for your understanding. You can exchange or return faulty goods to the customer service department of your store. This will even help us to become aware of inconsistencies more quickly and to be able to react accordingly if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
