Why does the 500g organic natural yoghurt now have an aluminum lid? In contrast to the plastic lid, the aluminum lid is unfortunately much less suitable for sealing the yoghurt.
Hello Lobelie, thank you for your question. We made a change as the current market is moving towards packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. The PET lid, on the other hand, had to be disposed of in household waste and we were aware during the changeover that storing it at home can be a hassle. So we worked on a solution and developed this silicone lid. It can be used flexibly and is suitable for Migros Bio Nature yogurt. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your reply and for the tip. Reducing the amount of packaging that ends up as waste is very good. I will test the reusable silicone lid.
Improving the sustainability of the product by using recyclable materials makes sense. Unfortunately, we've already had two transport mishaps and the thin aluminum foil was torn when we emptied the shopping bags :( I wish we had sustainable and sturdy packaging!
Hello Soap Parrot, thank you for your contribution. It is annoying when the aluminum lids tear when the product is opened. This problem is caused by too high a sealing temperature and/or uneven sealing pressure when closing the lid. We have already taken various measures to improve the tear resistance of the yogurt lids. As a result, the number of complaints has already decreased significantly and we are continuing our efforts to improve the stability of the yoghurt lids. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline, the silicone lid described above is unusable for this cup. Just give it a try... I would gladly do without the reduction for the same price!!!
Hello Stadtkind, what exactly is not working? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good, the little trick with the oval hole for removing the cardboard.
Hello DirkDaumer, thank you for your contribution. We will be happy to look into it. Unfortunately, we can't quite follow what you are referring to. Could you please elaborate a little? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
For some time now, there has been an opening next to the perforation for tearing off the cardboard, except for this one. At least I only noticed this opening recently. It makes tearing off easier with a simple trick. I thought it was ingeniously simple. ... take the product in your hand😉? It was intended as positive feedback to the packaging optimizers and developers.
Hello DirkDaumer, thank you very much for your insightful and above all positive feedback :-). How nice that you are happy with the new feature! The developer was very pleased that his idea has obviously proved successful. We wish you delicious moments of pleasure. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros Why does the Nature yogurt also have skimmed milk powder and milk protein? Seems unnecessary to me...
Hello broeli, thank you for your question. Milk powder / milk protein is added to industrially produced yoghurt for technological reasons. This increases the dry matter to improve the consistency of the yoghurt. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

packaging printed in brown why do you print bleached cardboard in gray-brown instead of simply using recycled cardboard? more ecological and stylish. especially for organic products
Hello karin253, thank you for your interesting question. The gray of recycled cardboard is very different. If we print on different shades of gray, the printed image would change. The visual perception on the shelf would be different. For this reason, we laminate the recycled cardboard with a very thin layer of white paper. This enables us to guarantee color fastness. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
a pity. the answer is understandable but a pity. https://www.eggerdruck.de/naturkarton-verpackungen.html something like this looks great in my opinion! and is more ecological too
Hi karin253, thanks for your tip! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello zeme Why does the cup now have knobs at the bottom? It is awkward to spoon out the yogurt!
Hello Brisi, thank you for your message about the cup of organic yoghurt nature. The nubs inside the cup that you mentioned serve as a stacking aid. These nubs prevent the cups from sticking together too much and/or jamming into each other. This makes automatic feeding on the filling lines more trouble-free. This stacking aid was already present as a continuous rim on the previous generation of cups. In order to optimize the stacking of the cups, we have now interrupted this edge evenly. Of course, we have informed the specialist department about your feedback so that they can look into adjustments if necessary. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is organic plain yoghurt different (firmer) in small portions than in large ones?
Hello danielpf, thank you for your inquiry. Both sizes of yogurt contain the same preparation. However, they have different cooling times, which could influence the consistency a little. The smaller the container, the faster it cools. With best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would like to know which yoghurt cultures in Bio Nature yoghurt turn the milk into yoghurt. It seems to me that it is not declared anywhere.
Hello Kritischgeniesser, thank you for your interest in our product. This yoghurt is acidified by the addition of a lactic acid bacteria culture. The composition of this culture complies with the legal requirements of the FDHA Ordinance on Food of Animal Origin. We hope that we have been able to help you with this answer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I already knew that lactic acid bacteria are responsible for this. I would like to know which lactic acid bacteria are responsible, because there are several possibilities.
Hello Kritischgeniesser, thank you for your question. The yoghurt is produced in accordance with legal requirements by fermenting milk with the microorganisms Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good morning, Within 6 months you have increased the piece of the product from 1.20 CFH to 1.35 CHF, or 12.5 % Why such a choice on a product that is in the morning table of millions of Swiss???? Thank you. Dario
Dear Dario, Thank you for your question. The price has changed due to the milk price increase. https://www.swissmilk.ch/de/produzenten/medien/medienmitteilungen/2017/erhoehung-des-a-richtpreises-erzeugt-bewegung-nach-oben/. The link is unfortunately only available in German and French. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

Why does organic natural yogurt have 10% sugar?
Hello elihard The organic yogurt nature does not contain 10% sugar (sucrose). You will find the term "sugar" in the nutritional information of the organic yoghurt nature, although the product does not contain any added sugar according to the list of ingredients. This is actually not very easy to understand. When the term "sugar" appears in the nutritional information, it actually refers to different types of sugar (in French and Italian, the plural forms - sucres and zuccheri - indicate this). These types of sugar include all mono- and disaccharides contained in a product, for example glucose (dextrose), fructose (fruit sugar) or lactose (milk sugar). Although organic yoghurt nature does not contain "sugar" in the conventional sense, it does contain milk as its main ingredient, and this naturally contains lactose (milk sugar). It is this lactose that is listed as "sugar" in the nutritional information. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros,
I miss natural food when shopping, the yogurt in the organic quality is with added milk proteins. This is very annoying for me, so I often can't shop at Migros after all!
Kind regards
Victoria
Hello Victoria
Thank you for your inquiry about our organic yogurt.
The addition of milk proteins to yogurt is common. These are added to firm up the texture of the yoghurt so that it has a pleasant consistency. Without the milk proteins, the yoghurt would be undesirably runny.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a sunny weekend.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
