Good mozzarella. Even the "water" is delicious.

I have already seen mozzarella made from sheep's milk: However, it is now "only" available in organic stores (if available).
Question: Does Migros have a sheep's milk mozzarella in its range (if so, where is it available?) or is something planned? Because sheep's milk mozzarella opens up many menu options for milk protein allergy sufferers - pizzas, salads, risotto and much more.

Hello Daniel Haid
Unfortunately we have to disappoint you, there is no sheep's milk mozzarella in our range. We will be happy to take your input on board.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Concerns all types of cheese: it would be very customer-friendly to label vegetarian cheeses as such (microbial rennet/animal rennet).

Hello guest
Thank you for the suggestion, which we are happy to pass on.
There are currently no plans to label vegetarian cheese as such.
Best regards

9 years are over. Now it's time :-)

Hello username2, we are happy to take note of your input. The cow's milk mozzarella products available in Migros under the Alfredo, Galbani, You and M-Budget brands, as well as organic mozzarella, are produced using microbial rennet. The same applies to the aha! Mozzarella lactose-free (2006.161) and the M-Classic Mozzarella grated (2006.551), for your information. You can find more information on our information sheet on "Cheese without animal rennet": https://www.migros.ch/de/kontakt/fachstelle-ernaehrung.html. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
