Why hasn't organic mango been available in the online store for a long time? That was my main reason for switching to online shopping, because it was less and less available in the store. It's the only mango that's really tasty.

Hello kahoona_elo, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you miss the organic mangoes. Our online store is managed independently. For inquiries and suggestions, please contact the specialist department directly. You can find the relevant form here. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are organic mangoes transported by plane?

Directive W7.4.50: Migros Organic Guidelines, Processing and Trade 4.3.2.1 Transport [...] Air transportation is generally prohibited for Migros Organic products and their ingredients (raw materials, semi-finished products). Exceptions are only possible with the written consent of the Ecology & Sustainability Label department at FMC. A written request must be sent to Labels@mgb.ch, -o- Bio Suisse (Bud) In principle, only products that are not produced by Swiss Bud farmers (e.g. coffee) or are not produced in sufficient quantities (e.g. cereals) are imported. Imports are only permitted if domestic production is insufficient or has already been marketed. Processing takes place mainly in Switzerland. Fresh products from overseas are only permitted in exceptional cases (e.g. mangoes or bananas). The vegetables also come from Europe in winter. Air imports are generally excluded. Priority is given to imports from nearby countries.

Hello regulake, thank you for your post. All products that are transported by air are labeled "by Air". However, organic products are never transported by air. We wish you a good week. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are there plastic stickers on the fruit that won't rot in the compost and not some kind of compostable stickers? All the kiwi stickers from our predecessors don't do very well in the organic garden.

Sali zerohour, thank you for your contribution. Yes, that is annoying - we absolutely understand. However, these adhesives must be disposed of with household waste and must not be disposed of with the compost. Biodegradable packaging and Kelber are available, but these are also not suitable for household compost. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
