Why does a low-fat quark need 20 grams of sugar per 500g tub? Absolute nonsense.
Perhaps because milk naturally contains lactose?
Hi Ryma52, Thank you very much for your review. We are happy to confirm that we do not add any granulated sugar to Migros organic low-fat quark. The product contains 4 g of milk sugar (lactose) per 100 g. This originally comes from milk. For a 500 g tub, this actually amounts to 20 g.
Cream cheeses such as quark, blanc battu and cottage cheese contain up to 4.5 g of lactose per 100 g. The nutrition declaration (printed on the side of the packaging) provides information on the amount of nutrients contained in a product.
The statement "of which sugar" refers not only to added granulated sugar, but also includes all added and naturally contained sugars such as lactose, fructose and malt sugar.
Hopefully we have been able to help you with our answer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Its consistency is perfect and not too sour
We eat regularly
Delicious quark with a pleasant acidity and good consistency. Fair price for an organic quark.
ask my partner. I cannot tolerate such dairy products.
Delicious low-fat quark, a little firm for my taste and could be a little creamier
Great for bread
Airy and light
Good and usable for many things
Smooth and tasty.
Super protein content with 11g per 100g, almost like the almost twice as expensive high protein quark!
