Good, thick, slightly acidic. Good source of protein. Keeps well, even after opening. For those who miss resealable packaging, competitors' reusable lids (C..p) fit the bill nicely.
I buy it several times a week. Mixed with applesauce and some cashews, it's my absolute favorite breakfast!
