I can only buy organic limes in packs of 4. If I only need a single lime, I can only get the Max Havelaar version, but the peel is treated. As the organic limes are not treated, they don't stay fresh for quite as long as the conventional ones. So in terms of food waste, everything would speak in favor of selling organic limes individually, wouldn't it?
Hello OrangeFan, thank you for your question. We can well understand your point. At the moment we only have organic limes online as we had quality problems with the piece article. However, we are still looking into offering organic limes by the piece again. Depending on what you use the fruit for, you could dry the peel and freeze the juice in portions.
