Versatile use

These little lettuces are adorable, and what's more, they're organic quality. For my husband and daughter, I wrap them in a strip of bacon to cook. A delight, I hear ;)

Very good cooked in a little olive oil and garlic, 4.5 minutes, a little salt, a little pepper and it makes an original little side dish... The only negative point is that it goes out of date quite quickly...
Fresh and very crunchy. Keeps very long in the fridge (moistened).
Actually a good salad, but rather watery in taste
