Why is organic coffee cream not sold in Migros stores?
Hello Aurane43, thank you for your question. We sell this organic coffee creamer in German-speaking Switzerland - unfortunately, no stores in French-speaking Switzerland currently carry it. However, we have taken note of your request and have informed the people responsible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
We'll be keeping an eye on the assortments to see if Migros in French-speaking Switzerland orders these bottles of organic coffee creamer... that would be great. I'm sure there would be some very happy customers if they did.

For years, the organic coffee cream UHT, 500 ml. has been the big favorite in our household. Now a bottle has spoiled three times since March 2022: The cream has separated after being poured into the coffee. Our behavior, store in the fridge after opening, consume before the best-before date, etc., has not changed: Today we had to dispose of another 1/3 full bottle with a sell by date of 29.06.2022. What are we doing wrong? Has something changed in production? Thank you very much for your help!
Hello pebremi, we are sorry that you have recently had several negative experiences with the coffee cream. Could you please tell us the lot number of the bottle concerned so that we can check the production in question? It usually starts with the letter L or there is a mixture of letters and numbers. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Gladly, here is the lot number: L000241
Hello pebremi, thank you for sharing the lot number. We have checked the retained samples and could not find any deviations. There were also no adjustments to the recipe or the manufacturing process. The quality deviation may have been caused by inadequate sealing of the Alucaps. This allows microorganisms to penetrate, which cause the product to spoil prematurely as they develop. The main purpose of the packaging, namely to protect the contents, is therefore no longer guaranteed. We have informed the supplier accordingly and are keeping an eye on the issue. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Couldn't the stabilizer E331 be omitted from the organic coffee cream in the bottle, as is already the case with the portions?
Hi Migroleum, unfortunately this is not possible with coffee cream in a bottle. It can be omitted in the portions due to the small quantity, but not in the bottle. If we were to leave out the stabilizer, a so-called phase separation would occur with this quantity. This means that the fat would separate and settle to the bottom, while the rest of the mass would float to the top. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Nevertheless, I would very much welcome it if they would leave out the stabilizer. They could put a "sticker" on the packaging saying: "Without stabilizer - shake well" or something similar.
