I still really like the juice, but the lid is dangerous. A piece tore off when I was unscrewing it and I had to be very careful not to cut myself (see photos).
The same problem also occurred with the lid of the M-Budget O-juice and I don't even want to mention the lid of the Heidi milk. What is the reasoning behind the lid decisions?
Hi Turugetese, thanks for your post and the photo. As part of its circular economy package, the EU has also adopted a plastics strategy which, among other things, regulates single-use plastics. Apart from the ban on single-use plastic items, such as plastic drinking straws and plastic stirrers, drinks containers are also being targeted. The new EU regulation stipulates that the caps must remain attached to the bottles even when they are open. This will apply from July 1, 2024 at the latest. The ongoing changeover has already begun and affects all disposable liquid containers with a capacity of up to three liters. The primary aim is to prevent loose caps from ending up in the environment and to recycle them together with the bottles. The lids should not be torn off, as can be seen in the photo. Can you give us the best-before date and the lot number of your bottle? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The best before date is 29.06.2024. Where is the lot number? Below the best before date is the imprint L201771..053. The number between the 1 and the 0 is illegible, looks like a 0 with a dash in the middle.
Hello Turugetese, from 2024, a tight-fitting lid will be mandatory on PET bottles in the EU in order to protect the environment. Some beverage manufacturers have already introduced this cap in Germany in late summer 2022. It is not mandatory in Switzerland. But it is very difficult to buy other lids and the domestic industry also supplies the EU. From a volume bundling perspective, it makes sense that we have also switched to the EU lid. We will be happy to take your feedback on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Why did they ask me for the best before date and lot number when I got virtually the same answer as the original post? I can now see the reasons for the new lid, but I was told in the first reply that the lid shouldn't actually crack. I have the impression that unfortunately the whole conversation is not being read.
Hello Turugetese, as we initially assumed that this was a quality complaint, we had to make an enquiry about the product details. According to the specialist department, however, this is due to the aforementioned changeover. We apologize for the additional effort. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
As I have not been able to find a corresponding e-mail address even after a long search, I am writing it here: I find it extremely bad that St. Nicholas is denigrated in such a shameful way in television advertising. He had many merits in history and that's why I don't think it's good at all to give children such a negative image.
Yours sincerely

Dear guest
We regret that our advertising does not appeal to you and take note of this. We will forward your message to the responsible department.
The advertisement you are complaining about is an obvious exaggeration of the core message and is therefore fiction.
The TV commercial draws attention to the many great Christmas presents that can be bought cheaply at melectronics. The story is told with a pinch of humor and it was never our intention to make fun of Christmas and Santa Claus. Rather, we believe that the girl's disinterest and Santa's quiet frustration leave the viewer with a smile.
This kind of "slapstick" is familiar from many comedies/series on television and we are convinced that our customers are very good at distinguishing between reality and fiction.
We are aware that Migros has a role model function. However, it is practically impossible to fulfill this role equally for all stakeholder groups. We very much hope that our next advertisement will be more to your taste and wish you a wonderful Advent season.
Kind regards
Your M-Infoline Team Your M-Infoline Team

I think this juice is super good, it's a pity that the origin is not indicated
Dear guest
Thank you for your comment and your interest in our products.
We are delighted that you like the juice so much!
We currently source our orange and carrot juice from the EU and our agave juice from Central America.
The Swiss Food Act and the Migros guidelines do not stipulate any country of origin labeling. We therefore do not use a designation of origin. This allows us to be more flexible and therefore more efficient when sourcing raw materials.
See you soon in your Migros - we look forward to seeing you!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
