Dear Sir/Madam,
Could you please confirm if any form of alcohol is used as a hidden processing aid during production or in the preparation of its raw materials? Additionally, are there any pork-derived ingredients included in the product?
Your assistance in addressing these queries would be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Dear uozsoy3, Thank you for your query. No alcohol or pork-based ingredients are used in the preparation of the raw materials, in the production of the flakes or in the packaging process. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Why don't you have the gratin recipe on the packaging anymore? I really need it.
Hello jelenam, thank you for your inquiry. We were happy to check with the specialist department. It turned out that the gratin recipe you were looking for is no longer in our archive. Otherwise we would have been happy to send it to you. Perhaps you can find an alternative on Migusto? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can I eat the millet flakes without cooking or soaking them?
Hello Shandy51, thank you for your question. We steam the millet flakes at around 95 degrees for 20 minutes. The flakes are therefore not raw and can be eaten without heating. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What is the reason for the special packaging of the millet flakes? The double bag in combination with the "vacuum" makes the first opening quite difficult and I have to transfer the flakes into a container if I don't always want to have a good portion between the two bags.
Hello Guetzli18, thank you for your message. Our organic millet flakes are a natural product that is not treated with additives or stabilizers. The smell and taste of the product may change depending on where it is stored. The optimum storage conditions for this product are at a temperature of 18-20 °C. Once opened, the millet flakes should be stored tightly closed (in a storage tin) in a cool place protected from light. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I noticed that a few years ago the millet flakes 500gr. Fr. 4.- (without organic). Suddenly there are organic millet flakes and they cost a proud Fr. 4.90. Is this price difference justified and why are many products becoming organic and therefore more expensive? I think there still have to be products on offer that are not organic!!! Not all customers want to pay for organic!!!
Hello Claudia2018, thank you for your message. We would be happy to explain why we cannot offer organic millet flakes at the same price as the conventional varieties: the cultivation of organic millet flakes is generally more complex. For example, the use of pesticides to kill pests and weeds is prohibited. Only products specifically approved for organic farming or special machinery are permitted. In more natural organic farming, the yields per unit (cultivated area) are correspondingly lower - and cultivation is more costly at the same time. This is the main reason for the price difference. We have, of course, put your request for conventional millet flakes to our specialist department. We will try to incorporate this into the next product range revision. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

What are the Sugar **bleep** doing in the Swiss organic millet flakes? And is Sugar **bleep** still available in Migros?
Hello horisbergers, thank you for your contribution. Sorry, the picture will be adjusted immediately. Unfortunately, we have removed the Sugar **bleep** from our range due to its lack of popularity. As a replacement we can offer you the Kellogg's Smacks (article number 104226000000). Kind regards, Your M-Infoline Team
Hello horisbergers Unfortunately, the Sugar bleep from my childhood no longer exists. I have asked about this before. What a shame that this product has disappeared. I loved it and there was always something to make on the box. Pure childhood memories

I think it's great that organic millet from Switzerland is now also available. I would love to see how millet grows in Switzerland (I only know meagre fields in North Africa). Which producers do you source your organic millet from? Where could I go to see a millet field?
