Hello Since I prefer natural foods and I don't understand why the half cream in the tetra pack also contains buttermilk, I bought the organic cream. Unfortunately, three bottles from two purchases were already bad before the expiry date, despite proper storage in the fridge. I am very disappointed!

This allows microorganisms to penetrate and cause the product to spoil prematurely. The main purpose of the packaging, namely to protect the contents, is therefore no longer guaranteed. Hello Migros team, I have bought this half cream several times now for gratins or for cooking. When you open the bottle, the top layer of the cream is firm and like a plug... The cream has not run off and does not taste sour. Does it have to be like this and if so, why? I simply stirred it, then it became liquid and I used it like that.
