Our oat nuts are produced from the whole grain. Unfortunately, about 5% of the hulls and other parts of the grain are lost, especially during the puffing process. However, we can still describe our product as "made from the whole grain".

If you want the hazelnuts popped, they are lightly roasted. Organic hazelnuts are usually roasted without oil, which is good for the GI.

I also think that the Migros oat nuts don't taste burnt, but rather delicately nutty with the typical roasted aroma. In my opinion, they are only lightly roasted and better than those from the competition. So from me: recommended purchase!
