I'm glad that I can buy organic fairtrade ginger, I use it every day, unfortunately the organic alternative is not available in every store and the normal ginger is worlds away from it.
I only buy organic quality. They don't have to be peeled.
Consume a little faster than non-organic. But this is the case with almost all vegetables/fruits.
It would be nice to have ginger from Switzerland
