Hello Jfdgbcg, all our honeys are "cold extracted" and may be labeled as raw food. No heat-treated honey is allowed to flow into the retail trade - it is only used for industrial purposes. There are various parameters that show whether the honey has been treated with heat or not. An interesting detail at the end: the bees generate heat with their flight muscles and "heat" the beehive to around 35 °C. This means that the honey is already there.
