Hello Steffi713, thank you for your feedback on the organic curry tofu. The sugar is used to round off the flavor. We would like to use it to soften the bitter note of the curry. Hello puxi, we don't have exact values here. The calcium contained in the organic curry tofu only comes from the drinking water and the soybeans, as we use magnesium chloride as a coagulant and no calcium salts. Solid tofu has a calcium content of approx. 200 mg/100 g due to its higher solids content. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
