Dear Migros
In the last few weeks, we've had more and more milky soup instead of granular cottage cheese in the pot. Today I put it on the scales and the result: 215g before opening, 150g after draining the liquid. Does this still correspond to the natural fluctuation or is there a lack of quality control?
Hello chrswk, thank you for your message. That does indeed sound strange. Can you please provide us with the best-before date and batch number of the container in question? Both details are on the lid and help us to trace the production. Thank you very much for your support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The information from the cover:
11.09. (10:16)

Hello chrswk, thank you very much for the additional data and your patience regarding the duration of our clarifications. The latter have shown that production has proceeded according to regulations. Nevertheless, we have a suspicion: the organic cottage cheese is not stabilized. Therefore, vibrations during distribution can cause the liquid to accumulate on the surface. As a result, inconsistencies matching your description appear. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The departments involved have been sensitized to proper handling. We hope you will give our organic Cottage Cheese another chance to convince you of its impeccable quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Who did you get the cottage cheese from before? Unfortunately, the new cottage cheese is not edible. I would like to have the other one again.
Hi karinjehle, it's a shame that you no longer like the organic cottage cheese. Can you tell us what bothers you and makes it unpalatable? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Yes, I can. Unfortunately, there is far too much salt in this cheese and the fresh taste has also been lost. Unfortunately, it is no longer edible for our taste. The cottage cheese before was refreshing and so natural..... After sport, I could eat a whole cottage cheese.... But now, unfortunately, not anymore.
Hello karinjehle, thank you for your valuable feedback, which we will discuss with our own industry. Migros is prepared to communicate transparently, but supplier data is not part of this - thank you for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I can only agree, the new organic cottage cheese tastes sour and salty.
I noticed that too. The organic cottage cheese used to taste milder and the nutritional values were also different/better. Strange.
Hello Turboklaus, hello Twilight, thank you for your contributions. We are sorry that the cottage cheese no longer convinces you! We have carried out a sensory analysis on several productions and found no significant deviations, but we are keeping an eye on the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What is new about this product apart from the packaging? Previously it was flatter and without blue stripes. Has it always had sea salt in it?
Hello Brotidee, we have changed our supplier for this product and are now sourcing the organic Cottage Cheese Nature from Elsa. The product now contains sea salt. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
