Dear Sir or Madam
I am interested in your product and have a few questions. I would be grateful if you could provide me with more detailed information.
Does your product contain animal ingredients? If so, which ones and is there any contact with animal ingredients during the production process?
Are there any E-numbers among the ingredients?
Does the product contain alcohol or alcoholic derivatives, or is alcohol used during the manufacturing process?
I look forward to your reply and thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely
Hello elmalibey, thank you for your inquiry. Migros Bio Chips Nature do not contain any animal ingredients or E-numbers. The product is vegan, even if this is not labeled accordingly. In addition, we do not use alcohol or alcoholic derivatives. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has anything changed during production or could it just be that a "bad" batch has come out? The chips have not been as good for two months.
Hello SmoothieChinchilla, thank you for your question. Can you explain in more detail what is different (consistency, taste, etc.)? Do you perhaps have the packaging in question to hand? In this case, could you give us the production data consisting of the best-before date and the lot number next to it? Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
I went to Migros to buy a new pack and check whether it was still real. And unfortunately yes, the taste is different, as too much deep-fried, the quality is not like before. Taste as ,,normal,,, Z. Just not special. I hope that this is really only affected batch and that the production is not changed. It says L1 13:17, L19.06.25.
Thanks for clarifying.
Hello SmoothieChinchilla, thank you for your feedback. No deviations from the rejected batch were recorded in the inspection lots.
However, the production process was changed for the first time in this batch. A more gentle process is used for frying. To prevent the chips from sticking together during this process, the potato slices are slightly thicker than in the old production process.
We therefore assume that your observation is related to the new process. To date, we have not received any similar customer feedback, but we will continue to keep an eye on the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are these potato chips made from unpeeled or peeled potatoes?
Hello Migosa, thank you for your inquiry. We are happy to confirm that we use washed, unpeeled potatoes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for your feedback. That is a pity. In this case, I prefer Alnatura's sea salt potato potato chips, which are made from peeled potatoes.

Why is the paprika version of these potato chips no longer available in the stores? is this temporary or permanent? they were the best!!!
Hello IceTeaHamster, thank you for your inquiry. How nice that the paprika variant is one of your favorites! In this case, you will certainly be pleased to read that we are still offering the products. You can view the stocks in your area via this link. We wish you unforgettable moments of pleasure. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
thanks, unfortunately it's only available in a few stores... especially when you're traveling without a car, you don't want to make a trip around the world ;) but at least it's good to know.
