Nice size and great taste
Perfect combination!
Organic is no guarantee of a good end product. The mini cervelats were still quite good, which is why we gave them 2 stars in the rating, but we didn't like these sausages at all. They were very fatty and the sausage dough was somehow sticky, and the highlight was the lemon zest seasoning. This is not a Bavarian Weisswurst. What an aberration of taste!
