Dear Migros, there is a sticker at the bottom of your product with the nutritional information 132 kcal per 100g. There is another sticker on the lid of the product with further, more detailed nutritional information. There the kcal is given as 142 per 100g. What is correct? With kind regards Dani
Hello Danimila, thank you for your tip! Our investigations have shown that the organic Birchermüesli contains 142 kcal per 100g. The label with the incorrect information will be amended as soon as possible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros. Half a million "Swiss" people suffer from diabetes. Does the product really need sugar in addition to the fruit?
Hello FabianKaufmann, we are pleased to inform you that we have already reduced the sugar content of this Birchermüesli as part of the sugar initiative (see https://www.migros.ch/de/conte nt/einfach-weniger-zucker?gclid=EAIaIQobChMItI-6iIuj-gIV7O3mCh1xBwrUEAAYASAAEgKjffD_BwE), the last time this spring. However, we will continue to do so. As an alternative, we can recommend the You Müesli YOU Birchermüesli without added sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does the product not say whether the milk and yoghurt are made from/with pasteurized milk and why does it have mint-flavoured leaves in it?
Interestingly, there are stars next to the ingredients, one or two of each - but what exactly does this mean?

Hello @SwissRocker** from Swiss organic production, * from foreign organic production Best regards Frederica
Thank you. Then I only need an answer to the first question ;)
Hello SwissRockerMan, thank you for your questions. For dairy products such as yoghurt or cream, a claim only has to be made if unpasteurized milk has been used. Both the yoghurt and the milk are therefore pasteurized. This product should not contain any mint leaves and therefore should not have a mint flavor. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for your answers.

Why are blackberries from conventional and not organic farming used in this Birchermüesli? This would not be permitted in Bud products. It's amazing that not 100% of the ingredients are organic. I'd rather go to Coop where the organic products really are made from 100% organically grown ingredients.
Hello mimamen, thank you very much for your important advice! This is actually a printing error. The blackberries should also have an asterisk for organic. The asterisk is present on our print templates. We cannot explain why it is not on the packaging. But we will have it changed as soon as possible! The blackberries are of course organic. The M-Bio standards are equivalent to the Bio Suisse standards in this area. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

So the organic cassis yogurt is also a misprint? https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/205021200000-archived-1#qanda-637274
Hello @mimamen, yes exactly, you can find the answer here: https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/205021200000-archived-1#qanda-637274 Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Were these organic Birchermüesli frozen before sale or are they always freshly prepared?
