How high can this oil be heated?
Hello Adrian7, the smoke point of avocado oil is approx. 250°C. Although avocado oil generally has a very high smoke point, we recommend using Migros organic cold-pressed avocado oil in cold dishes, e.g. for salad dressings, marinades or for refining pasta, fish and meat.
