Hello, I would like to know which dried fruits in your range are of raw food quality? Kind regards

Sali stephead Here too - the organic apricots cannot be described as raw food, as they come into contact with warm air at 60 to 80 degrees C. Kind regards from your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, Just a week ago these apricots cost 2.80 per pack, i.e. per 200g. Now they are suddenly 100% more expensive. I am shocked! Why this enormous and - in my opinion extremely inappropriate - price increase? A real shame... MfG from Basel

Hello lavanita Thank you for your feedback. We can understand your anger. Migros has had to increase the price of dried apricots due to a sharp rise in raw material costs. The reason for this is crop failures in Turkey, the world's most important apricot-growing region. A cold spell with frost damaged the blossoms of the trees in spring, destroying almost the entire harvest. The short supply has led to massively higher apricot prices on the world market. Many traders have now switched to apricots from South Africa. However, the increased demand has also caused prices to rise considerably there. We ask for your understanding and wish you an enjoyable week. Your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros
I really like the apricots and I think it's great that they are organic, BUT:
Why do these apricots come from TURKEY? I don't just want organic but also regional products! Products that don't have to travel long distances and therefore don't pollute the environment even more. There are also apricots in Valais.
I think it's a shame that you have to look at the small print again to be able to live in an ecologically sound way.
What a pity.

Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately, the Swiss apricots are not nearly enough to cover the entire demand. For this reason, we source the fruit from Turkey, where it is available in sufficient quantities and in organic quality.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
