Could you kindly clarify whether any type of alcohol is utilized as a processing aid, either in the product itself or during the production of its raw materials? Additionally, I would like to know if any pork derivatives are included in the product.
Hi uozsoy36, Thank you for your query as well as for your patience. We are happy to inform you that no alcohol is used for the product, either during production or in the ingredients. Nor does it contain any pork derivatives. We hope that you find our answer useful. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Very tasty, but why is there wheat flour in them? Please leave the wheat out of the mueslis so that people with wheat intolerance can also enjoy them without any worries.
Hi Katniss, wheat is currently part of the recipe. We understand your concern and we try to offer suitable products for every nutritional need. However, our space is limited and we are guided by the needs of the majority of our customers. The specialist department has been informed of your suggestion. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is this product labelled like this? According to the ingredients: a total of 13% of the ingredients have to do with amaranth (5%, even puffed), apple (5%) and chia seeds (3%). 31% wholemeal oat flakes are also declared. The remaining 66% of the ingredients are not broken down.
Consequently, my opinion is that a label along the lines of "organic whole grain oats & other grains/fruits" would be more honest. I find the current product label misleading and unreliable. No, I have no interest or time to analyze the micro-printed ingredient list on a poorly lit shelf for every product.
Good morning AnnyStein Amaranth, apple and chia crunchy muesli is not the name but the claim. These products, or those shown on the packaging, must be mentioned among the ingredients. Best regardsFrederica
Hello AnnyStein, thank you for your comment about the organic muesli amaranth with chia and apple. Please excuse the long wait for our reply. You need to distinguish between the product name and the fancy name. The product description for this product is: Baked cereal mix with puffed amaranth, apples and chia seeds. The only thing that applies to the fancy name is that it must not be misleading. There is no legal article that specifies the minimum quantities. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

It's actually a good muesli, but a fifth of sugar is really too much. 1 kg makes about 50 sugar cubes, worse than Coca Cola. What a shame. Why not less sugar? Less is more here.
Hello Markus1981 Thank you for your inquiry. We are delighted that you like this müesli, but we are all the more sorry that it is simply not possible to add less sugar to some müesli for sensory reasons. However, we are constantly checking whether the sugar content of all muesli can be reduced. With this in mind, we hope that we will soon be able to offer you a muesli that you like completely. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
