Why do you need sugar in them??you always have to go to the coop for sugar-free organic cornflakes. They are very tasty and healthier.

Hello Juliajs, In this article, the sugar serves as a flavor carrier. However, the amount of sugar added is very low at 4g/100g. We stock the following unsweetened cornflakes in larger stores: Alnatura Cornflakes . Best regards, your M-Infoline team

However, I don't find the ones from Alnatura tasty. The copy(?) from the Coop is only very, very slightly different - probably because of the sugar. Please copy the Coop here again :-)

It's probably a matter of taste. We think Naturaplan cornflakes are a disaster, especially because they are not crunchy at all.

Hello Juliajs, thank you for your suggestion. There are currently no plans to adjust the recipe for this product. However, we will submit your feedback to our specialist department. Alternatively, we recommend our Kellogg's Corn Flakes . Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Where was the corn grown?

. Hello ninja257, thank you for your question. The organic corn comes from Italy. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I tested this product and like most of your organic products, I'm wondering who the manufacturer is. I've looked at your M-industrie, but I can't find any information about the producers of your precious organic-labeled products. Most of your products say "Elaborated in..." and "Produced by", but not the organic ones. Is this a choice? This one is made in CH, but would it be possible to have information about the producer? Thank you very much for this additional information. Best regards.

Hi Szammy Thank you very much for your inquiry. We are very pleased with your interest. As a rule, we do not disclose the names of our manufacturers. Only our own manufacturing companies are listed on the packaging. However, we can inform you that the corn used in our Organic Cornflakes comes from Italy. We hope you have found this information useful, and wish you a pleasant day. Best regards Your M-Infoline team

This flavor is also too sticky for me, we could hardly get the Farmer completely out of the packaging. The nut pieces are too big and the fruit flavor is too subtle... The price for one pack is also very high!

Hello elchbaerli
Thank you for your honest opinion.
Based on several customer feedbacks, our specialist department is currently testing a recipe with less sugar.
As the Farmer has a high fruit and nut content, the price of CHF 1.40 is justified.
We ask for your understanding and look forward to your next visit.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

I'm just wondering why the previous organic cornflakes [1] for CHF 1.65 are no longer available. The introduction of the new aha flakes was widely publicized, but nowhere did I read that they were replacing the previous ones.
So if you leave out the barley malt extract, the product will be 1/3 more expensive?

Hello guest
Unfortunately, this is the case with products for people with coeliac disease. But they are still the cheapest of the special cornflakes on the market.
Just one M better

Hello guest
Thank you for your comment.
The organic cornflakes are not an abandonment. The product has merely been adapted. The "new" cornflakes (item number 1042.726) are aha! certified compared to the "old" cornflakes (item number 1042.037). This means that they are gluten-free and therefore also suitable for people with coeliac disease (gluten intolerance). More and more people are suffering from this disease and Migros is trying to offer products for these people too. There are various reasons behind the higher price.
- Separate storage of raw materials/packaging materials
- Time-consuming cleaning of the machines
- Lower hourly output
- Certification and analysis costs
- Staff training
We ask for your understanding and hope to continue welcoming you to your Migros.
