Are they still pure flakes? I no longer buy them because the (new) packaging suggests dried stuff (yellow, red) inside.
Hello grügrü, thank you for your question. It really is just the flakes - the fruit shown on the packaging is not in the pack. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good evening, this product has been sold out in almost all stores for several weeks now. I really hope that it will not be taken out of the range? It trumps all similar products in terms of health and taste.
Hello Turboklaus, thank you for your inquiry. There is currently an interruption in the supply of organic 5-grain flakes. You should be able to find the product in our range again from the end of July. Until then, we ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, this product makes me really happy! Thank you! I would like to know where the 5 cereals are mixed? Active in zero waste, and wanting to use this product to make quantities of cookies, I'm looking to buy large quantities in bulk? Is this possible? Thank you
Hi Morgane, thank you for your question. Migros is ready to inform its customers as fully as possible, but the addresses of our suppliers are an internal matter that we do not communicate externally. We trust you will understand. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Food law stipulates that the origin must also be declared in online retail (i.e. LeShop). This is not the case with this product.
Hello, thank you for your reply and happy spring! VA
Hello, in the composition, it is indicated that sugar is added (1 g / 64 g of carbohydrates): why? would it not be possible to make flakes without added sugar? thank you for your answer and best regards. VA
Hi conzor, Thank you very much for your comment. Our organic 5-grain flakes contain no added sugar. If they did, sugar would be listed in the ingredients. The sugar indicated in the nutritional values table (1g/100g) is the sugar naturally present in the product. Here is the list of ingredients: Wheat flakes **, Oat flakes *, Barley flakes *, Millet flakes *, Spelt flakes */**. * From foreign organic production ** From Swiss organic production We remain at your disposal for any further questions. Best regards. Your M-Infoline team

Hello Are these normal (i.e. processed) flakes or are they left as wholemeal? Thank you very much for your feedback.
Hello MonsieurAdonis Thank you for your contribution. We have informed our responsible specialist department about your request. They confirmed that all the ingredients in the organic 5-grain flakes mix are whole grain. In the case of rye, wheat and oats, the whole grain is processed. The hulled grain is used for millet and barley. These are nevertheless described as whole grain, as all edible parts of the grain are processed. We hope our answer is helpful for you and look forward to your next visit. Best regards from the M-Infoline team

The product description says: "This whole grain blend is..."
but in the list of ingredients, none of the cereals are wholegrain.
What are we to believe?
Hi, there,
Many thanks for your request.
All the ingredients in the Organic 5 Grain Mix are whole grains. For rye, wheat and oats, the whole grains are used. For millet and oats, the seeds are dehulled. Nevertheless, they are all considered whole grains because all the edible parts of the seeds are used.
We look forward to your next visit.

Thanks for the precise answer!)
I think it might be useful to review the description of the components.

There used to be 7-grain flakes with fruit. Unfortunately, they have disappeared from the scene and there is no comparable product to be found...or is there?
Sali guest
Thank you for your request! We have not had the 7-grain muesli in our range since 2010 because demand for it was too low. As an alternative, we can recommend the Birchermüesli Reddy Fit (article number 1042.056). This comes closest to the 7-grain muesli in terms of composition.
We also have the following Bircher muesli with fruit that we can offer you:
- Organic Reddy Nature without raisins and no added sugar, article number 1042.061
- Organic Reddy Berries with fruity berries, item number 1042.231
We hope you like one of these muesli and wish you a nice day!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
