I cook for hours
Then when I store it in the refrigerator, the liquid turns into gelatin. It's called collagen. Not only is it healthy, it's also very tasty.
Simmered with oxtail in gravy for about 3 hours, very tasty. (Add vegetables to the pot towards the end of the cooking time). Once cooked, you can freeze it in portions. Delicious, nutritious, and inexpensive.
Good product for making a beef broth simmered for 24 hours and extracting collagen.
