Where does the durum wheat semolina come from? And the eggs? Why isn't that listed on the package?

Under Swiss law, the origin of ingredients must be indicated if they make up 50% or more of the product (with an exception for animal ingredients, which must be indicated starting at 20%) and if the packaging is misleading—for example, if it suggests a different origin.
