Hello, I have a question about the nutritional values. Are the calories on the packet (70kcal per 100g) calculated on the prepared mashed potatoes (then it would be 427kcal per packet), or does a whole packet (110g) have 77kcal in total, i.e. 77kcal when prepared? Thank you very much for an answer!
Hello migroskindd, thank you for your inquiry. One portion (=200g) of Mifloc mashed potatoes contains 140 kcal, 1.8 g fat, 26 g carbohydrates and 3.6 g protein. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Totally delicious. I think it's much better than the ones where you have to add milk etc.
Just one thing: why can't the calories be listed for the "dry product"?
Water has "0" calories!

Yes, but here's the thing: The pack says 2-3 portions. One portion is stated here as 120 grams. For me, however, the whole bag easily makes over 500 grams. Doesn't quite add up...

Oh wait, I've just noticed that the information here doesn't correspond to what I read on the packaging the other day. It seems to have been adjusted. Then I don't want to have said anything.
Dear guest
Thank you for your contribution.
Most customers prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions. We have therefore decided to state the nutritional values for a prepared portion.
If we were to provide the information for the flakes, everyone would have to laboriously convert their finished portion themselves.
Thank you for your understanding and see you soon in your Migros!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

@Istanbul: but weight!!!
Such an indication is not serious, both details should be on the packaging: the pure product per 100 g and also prepared, if you like. But since only water is added, the dry information is completely sufficient. It is important for the consumer to know how many calories the product has per 100 g and in the whole bag, everything else is window dressing, dear Migros - all about calculating and so ....

.... here the motives are completely different, what sounds better?
- Nutritional value per 100 g 387 kcal or
- Nutritional value per portion (200 g) 142 kcal?
Not to mention the fact that no one is likely to consider 200 g prepared as a whole portion. There are more and more people who have to watch their weight, and they have the right to know at a glance how many calories a product has without first having to do the math or assume that 110 g of dry flakes (according to MIGROS this corresponds to 2-3 portions - what now??) + 5 dl of water must result in 3 portions of 200 g each and therefore a total of 426 kcal, one of which has 142 kcal. THAT'S what I call a laborious conversion, dear MIRGROS. Please take your customers seriously, they are not all fools who fall for low calorie information for micro portions!
