It was a favorite product until about 1 year ago, when MIGROS production was discontinued and replaced by a German mass product. Unfortunately it tastes awful. Too bad, another reason to shop less at Migros. I can understand that Migros has to cut costs and that this is not easy, but cutting costs at the expense of quality is not a sustainable solution. The end of this strategy will be the end of Migros. Just my two cents worth.
Hello Stefan-S, thank you for your feedback on the Micamu butter caramels. We are sorry that you no longer like the taste of the product. We adjusted the quality in summer 2019. We are aware that not all changes are met with understanding by our customers, especially those who have become friends with individual products over the years.
