Why did you change brands?
Hello Skywa, thank you very much for your question. The item has been discontinued due to delivery difficulties and replaced by the Mitsuba Japanese Peanut Crunch brand. With our best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, thank you for your feedback. If I were you, I'd renegotiate with Mitsuba. The name of the article and the illustration, admittedly fictitious (50% peanuts), suggest a much higher peanut content than the already disappointing 8% announced by the composition! Although I'm aware that mixtures are subject to variance, finding 2 ( = 2g without coating) peanuts out of 100 g is closer to deception than to the standard tolerance. If a supplier were to deliver this to me on a regular basis, he would be considered non-compliant. Thank you for your consideration. Best regards. Skywa
Hello Skywa, thank you very much for your question. We're sorry that the peanut portion of your package has been so reduced, and we'd like to take a closer look at the situation. Could you please let us know the date of minimum durability and the batch number of the package in question? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, thank you for your much appreciated follow-up. The batch in question is 22133 15:29 with a preferential consumption date of 24-09-2022. Best regards Skywa
Hello Skywa, thank you for your feedback. The picture in no way shows 50% peanuts. It shows different crackers (rice). Among these, there are only 3 peanuts coated with paste. The packaging complies fully with legal requirements. It is correct that the proportion of peanuts is 8% at Mitsuba, compared with 11% at Chop Stick. Checks carried out on reference samples did not reveal any discrepancies in this respect. However, we have taken note of your wish to see Chop Stick back in our stores. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
