Hello teka-her, a special process is used for Messmer Cold Teas: the ingredients go through a hot steam bath, which significantly reduces their natural germ content. Cold Tea products can therefore also be prepared with cold water and drunk without fear. However, as infants and young children are a particularly sensitive consumer group due to their not yet fully developed immune systems, we do not recommend giving Messmer Cold Tea to infants and children up to 3 years of age.
