how about a t-shirt in mottled gray? in summer that would be better than black and is less tricky with visible stains like white, for example

Hello MarcZH, thank you for your inquiry. In Switzerland, there is no standardized law for exchanges or refunds. Unlike in the EU, it is therefore not always possible to withdraw from the purchase contract. If this is the case, it is solely at the provider's goodwill.
Please contact the customer service department of the store where you made the purchase directly with your request. You can describe the situation there (with the receipt if possible).
