It has now happened for the third time that the tip of the ice cream (fresh from the packet) is missing. Is this a production error? The ice cream still tastes fine, but I would just like to let you know.
Hello lenastein, thank you for your tip. Separated glazes can occur if they are not placed correctly on the conveyor belt. They then end up in the so-called alignment spade, which separates the front part. We always sort out faulty goods. This was not noticed in your case, please accept our apologies. I really like these cappuccino ice cream sticks. But unfortunately the size of 120ml is just too big for me as a dessert. Why isn't this variety produced in about half the size of the others? That would be perfect. :-)
Hello Enzian008, thank you very much for your input. The new MegaStar flavors are generally only launched as minis (60 ml) or in 90 ml format. The existing 3 varieties in 120 ml format (Almond / Vanilla / Cappuccino) are very popular and sell very well.
