How do you report an error correctly? The online store does not say that the sausage meat balls contain milk protein. Instead, "IP-SUISSE" is highlighted for allergy sufferers. This is of little help to me and my illness.
IP Suisse means something completely different, doesn't it? 🤔
Hello Windar, the IP-SUISSE sausage meat balls 230114180110 do not contain any milk protein. If this were the case, it would be clear from the list of ingredients. Unfortunately, the online information on the Migros website is not correct due to a technical problem. The IP should of course not be in bold print. We regret this error and are currently working to find a solution. By the way: In the event of discrepancies between the online data and the information on the packaging, always refer to the data on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Yes, the sausage meat balls contain milk protein. I wouldn't have contacted you because of incorrectly formatted text.
Hello Windar, thank you for your feedback. Are you sure that it is exactly this item with article number 230114180110? If so, could you please let us know in which store you saw/purchased the product with milk protein? This would be very helpful for us! We will then be happy to take further steps. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
It has the same name and looks the same. (See picture) I bought the product in Migros Seen (Winterthur). But I'm pretty sure that the error is in the list of ingredients in the online store. For your information: I looked in the online store to see what I could buy and then bought the sausage meat balls in Migros. I only noticed that there was milk in it after I had eaten it and started to complain.

I like the cheeses very much and have been buying them for many years! Unfortunately, a hygiene/quality problem seems to have crept in. Since last September, I have had several cheeses that were already mouldy after two days. They still have a long shelf life after the use-by date, and this time was no exception. I was just able to give the lady at the counter some mouldy ones from the shelf. In my opinion, this should be reported to the packing department. It has happened to me many times now, including with these two! Please do something.
Hello Biber12, thank you very much for your message. First of all, we are delighted that you have enjoyed buying cheese from us for years! We are all the more sorry that the much-loved delicacies have not been available for a few months now. In view of your description, we understand why you would like to see improvements. We feel the same way! As we only offer this variant in certain regions, please let us know where you would like to buy it. We will be happy to make further inquiries with the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, I bought most of them in Füllinsdorf. These two in the photo were exceptionally bought in Dreispitz Basel, in the Baselland region.
Hello Beaver12,
Thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded your complaint directly to our supplier of "Buure Käsli".
