Hello, is there a reason why the M-Budget toothpaste "only" has 1350 ppm fluoride? Most common (competitor) toothpastes often have 1450 ppm. Does this have an influence on caries protection?

Hello Mar81, thank you for your question. According to the Swiss Dental Organization, a toothpaste should have at least 1000 ppm fluoride to provide good caries protection. On the other hand, we are of course not allowed to exceed the legal limit of 1500 ppm fluoride. In order to have a certain tolerance limit, most toothpaste suppliers today go for 1450 ppm fluoride. As mentioned above, the M-Budget toothpaste offers just as good caries protection as all other toothpastes with more than 1000 ppm fluoride. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
