How thick is the material of these freezer bags? Especially compared to the (no longer available) Tangan 4? I hardly think that these two products are comparable in terms of quality...
Hello Mike1976, thank you for your question. The M-Budget TK bags have a material thickness of 37 microns, Tangan N°4 had a thickness of 40 microns. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can hot food be filled directly into these bags?
Hi MacaronsBiber, thank you very much for your inquiry. We advise against putting boiling or still hot food into the freezer bags. Glass or stainless steel storage containers are more suitable for this. Hopefully we were able to help you with our answer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

After a very long time, I needed a refill. Has something been changed, the "new" ones are much thinner in terms of material than the "old" frozen food bags? The number printed on the packaging is 21506101, as far as the enclosed sealing sticks are concerned, I could very well do without them, because I never need them and therefore have to dispose of them every time.
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your post. We have had this product in our range since 2007. The specifications have not changed since then. The layer thickness is still 0.037 mm or 37 micrometers. However, today's product has better properties than those of previous generations, even though the specifications are unchanged. This is because we are constantly using new raw materials. We have not yet received any further reports on the sealing rods. Should we receive more complaints about this, we would react accordingly and no longer include the sticks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
