Thank you for your answer. I don't know what the point is? Apparently I'm not the only one who had the problem with the pan anyway, a friend of mine bought it and said once and never again. used it 2 times and it was crooked so there must be something wrong with the frying pans. there has already been at least one complaint with almost the same problem so there are already 3 customers who have had the problem and who knows how many who haven't even reported it but have simply thrown it away. on the other hand i disposed of the frying pan a few days ago because i didn't think there would be any response from them as it has been a while. I have finished with the frying pan and know that I will never buy it again and will certainly not recommend it to others.

Hello Infoline, thank you very much for the voucher. It is only important to me that you can buy things that you can also use. You don't gain anything if you destroy your ceramic hob with a frying pan like this because then it becomes really expensive. I think it's good if they're working on it, but the problem will be that you won't know if it's improved and you can use it if you don't buy it in the first place. you'd just have to throw away too many frying pans that turn too high, so you don't even buy them again and then you don't know whether they're any good or not. You're right to say that you're providing a service by scanning your purchases yourself. As a reward, you avoid queues at the checkout and can therefore finalize your purchases quickly and easily. Apparently, Migros is still unable to provide enough "cheap" pans from Italy due to the good Kassensturz ratings; the general worldwide "shortage of raw materials" with high prices, energy costs etc. should not be underestimated at the moment.

Thank you for your reply. As I wrote, the pan had already been out of stock for some time (months) before the Kassensturz review. After the Kassensturz report appeared in the Migros newspaper, I assumed that it was finally available again. It's a mystery to me why they are still advertising it even though they know full well that the pan won't be available for another three days...
