Absolute disaster! I have already complained several times. Getting the foil around the lid off is an act of state!!!! Result: injuries and annoyance. Sometimes the liquid thickens too quickly, sometimes the cap can be twisted and turned, but no more product comes out, even though the pack has only just been opened.
