Too bad in the new and large Migros Zugerland many cheeses are always packed in heaps several days in advance in the transparent foil, so each cheese sticks and gets a peculiar sour taste. The rind becomes moist and sticky.
Often there is no staff at the cheese stand (loss of quality due to staff cuts).
