The brakes are good and do what they were designed for. The ordering process was a disaster. Without a QR code, the staff at the pick-up branch could no longer function. The staff simply became dysfunctional. The process is 100% dependent on this pickup QR code and the staff has no other option but to wait for this QR code. (No names on the parcel, no way of finding out who ordered it.) As a result, I left the holders hanging in the store and only came back two weeks later with the printed QR code.
