Hello dear Infoline, the masks are sold out in the Langenthal and Solothurn branches, although stock is still shown online. Can you tell me when they will be available again? Or in which stores near Langenthal or Solothurn they are actually available?

Hello blablabla125 Thank you for your message. We were happy to discuss this with the Langenthal and Solothurn branches. These masks are available in both stores. You are also welcome to contact the staff at any time if you can't find a product straight away. We hope we have helped you with this answer and wish you a wonderful springtime. your M-Infoline team

Dear M-Infoline, the app still shows high stock levels, but Migros itself has long since run out of these masks. This is irritating, best regards.

Hello migroskind7328942179, thank you for your message about the FFP-2 respirators. We understand your disappointment about the stock shortages. The specialist department has informed us that the stores are generally stocked. Supplies are also available. However, the masks are no longer in a separate rack, but in the health protection range. The staff on site will be happy to help you if you cannot find the masks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is the cord comfortable? I have the problem that my ears hurt with the FFP masks 😷

Hi Babd, the sensation of the straps naturally varies from person to person, especially depending on the shape / size of your head. However, we have generally received very good feedback on the Tect mask. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

this model is not available at migros solothurn. although availability is indicated. it is an unequal model there

Hello danielzeller We are sorry that you did not find these respirators in the Solothurn store, although stock was displayed. We can well understand that this is annoying. There was a supply bottleneck for this item. The FFP-2 TECT respirators are now available again in the Solothurn branch. We hope we have helped you with this answer and wish you a pleasant winter season. your M-Infoline team

Great masks, fit perfectly. When will they be available again?

Hi su_ma, it's great that the masks fit you so well, and we've had a replenishment order for a while now - however, due to the current situation and global supply bottlenecks, the next delivery will be slightly delayed. You will probably receive the masks again in Migros in calendar week 6, i.e. at the beginning of February. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are masks so expensive in Migros? Because of the pandemic? At Amazon, these masks (tested) cost at least 72% less with shipping etc. Isn't that a big rip-off?

Dear Stefan, please don't spread such nonsense here, 10 FFP2 masks of this quality are not available on Amazon for 2.50, especially not with shipping to Switzerland

Dear Naptural Lover, you have no idea how things are in the 21st century. Please try to inform yourself properly! I have a lot of insider knowledge about Migros, know many former retired Migros bosses, know where Migros articles are tested (in Migros' own test laboratory). Migros has most of its articles manufactured in China.

Hello stefantar, thank you for your message. Migros offers all masks at affordable, competitive and standard market prices. Of course, all masks are tested and of high quality to guarantee the best possible protection. FFP2 masks are more expensive than normal hygiene masks, but offer better protection and can be worn for longer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, when are they expected to be available again?

Hello migroskind7328942179, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we only have a small stock of FFP2 TECT masks at the moment. Supplies have already been ordered for a while - but due to the current situation and the global supply bottlenecks, the next delivery will unfortunately be delayed somewhat. The masks are expected to arrive in calendar week 6, i.e. at the beginning of February. Until then, we recommend the FFP2-Royal respirators. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Order Amazon and pay 72% less in total. Migros has it, but most on the Migrosbank! Alternatively in Aldi FP2 masks 50pcs. for 19.99Fr.

Where are they made? because I don't wear masks forcibly made by Uighurs or Tibetans. And I don't understand why you don't give this information systematically on your app!..!

Hello backintown, most of our masks come from China. This is because we can buy them there in very large quantities at attractive prices for our customers. We can assure you that our masks are produced only by serious, inspected factories. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

This isn't a question I'm going to ask M-infoline, but just an informative observation. When you're answering a call, or when you want to communicate, then keep your masks on your face while you're on public transport to continue protecting us from your postillos, especially as if you fold it under the chin you've rendered it useless and you're good to go. And even if you're no longer in a closed room, don't smoke while you're walking, because when you exhale the smoke from your cigarette, you're also rejecting your positions. Don't throw your masks in the street into the big yellow garbage cans that the Municipal Council installs to keep this Calvinist city clean. Don't spit on the ground, but use the mask to clear your respiratory tract and throw it in the garbage cans, which are very hard to miss because there's one every 25 meters on rue de la Confédération alone. So please, no more incivilities! Shall I say thank you?

Are the masks and straps latex-free?

It is best to ask the Migros manufacturer in China.
