Hello, why does the composition of Sanissa 10% butter margarine in tubs contain 54% rapeseed oil, whereas the margarine in sheets contains only 43%? I much prefer to buy the margarine that generates the least waste - i.e. the one in sheets, but its composition is less interesting, in my opinion, as it contains more palm oil, I suppose, than the margarine in tubs. Palm oil raises many questions, both in terms of health and ecology. Thank you for your attention and best regards.
Hello Crystal, Many thanks for your post on Migipedia. Although these items are both part of the "Butter Sanissa" product range, they differ slightly in both packaging format and recipe. Sanissa Butter 500g (item number 2044.502) is our classic cooking margarine. Not only is this product technically optimized in terms of packaging in 4 x 125g "sticks", offering baker-friendly portions, but its slightly modified recipe also gives it optimal baking properties. Butter Sanissa 250g (item no. 2044.501) meets the needs of a large number of customers as a spreadable product guaranteeing optimum spreadability. A slightly higher percentage of Swiss rapeseed oil has made this possible. Sanissa Butter Margarine 250g can also be used for baking, but the recipe is designed more as a spreadable product. You can recycle the packaging and return it to most sales outlets. Best regards, Your M-Infoline team
