Hello, I would like to know if there is alcohol in flavors? Alcohol can also be used as a flavor, it would be very helpful for us customers if this can also be indicated as many do not drink alcohol. There are many who have to do without things just because it says flavor and we do not know which flavor it is. thank you very much
Hello. Are the emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and polyglycerol esters of fatty acids of vegetable or animal origin? It would be really cool if you could always declare this. Sometimes the emulsifiers are listed twice in a product, but it is not always declared whether they are plant-based or not. Many thanks, regards Pflanza86
Hi plant86 All JOWA products (bread, doughs, pizzas, cakes, fresh baked goods, etc.) contain only emulsifiers and glycerine of vegetable origin. If JOWA products contain ingredients from pigs, this can be seen directly from the list of ingredients (e.g. "pork gelatine"). Best regards Frederica
Hi Pflanze86, the emulsifiers in almond granola are of vegetable origin. It is important to know the following: Emulsifiers are based on fat building blocks (fatty acids or glycerine). The fat used for their production is usually of vegetable origin (palm kernel oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, etc.). Theoretically, the fat can also be of animal origin (pork and/or beef fat), but this is no longer common. It can now be assumed that emulsifiers or other fat-based additives are of vegetable origin. M-Industrien Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG, Chocolat Frey, Delica AG, ELSA, JOWA, Mibelle Group Nutrition and Midor AG always use the vegetable variant. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
Hello Is there alcohol in flavors?
Asking once is enough, isn't it?
Magnoliapower, you can keep your comment to yourself but if you care so much, there was a technical problem and didn't realize my question had already been sent. But thank you for your attention
Hi Layan22, thanks for the question. The carrier of the flavor is glycerine and propylene glycol (both belong chemically to the group of alcohols). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

At bakeries I get organic almond croissants in vegan, without unnecessary milk and egg ingredients, at most with organic honey. But I guess you can't expect anything like that with this kind of baked goods? Sorry.
Hello Twilight
No, our almond croissants are not vegan. The almond cream filling contains milk ingredients and we use egg for the shiny surface. This is also the case with most other baked goods.
We are aware that the demand for vegan products is growing and we take this into account when developing our products.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a good start to the new week. Your M-Infoline Team
Thanks for the feedback. I think it would be great if you could develop an (organic) vegan/AHA nut and almond croissant (also Biberli, Luzerner Lebkuchen!). Many thanks and best regards, "Twilight"
